The Center for China’s Governmental Auditing Research (CCGAR) and Nanjing Audit University (NAU) are pleased to announce that the 6th Research Camp on Auditing and Accounting will be held on July 28th-29th 2023 in Nanjing, with a hybrid mode-a combination of in-person and online participants.

The research camp was founded in 2017 by CCGAR in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE), and consists of distinguished professor lectures and paper presentations, with the goal of bringing together leading scholars, practitioners and students working on current issues in auditing and accounting. CCGAR is committed to hosting the research camp on a yearly basis and developing it into a premier research conference in China. In the past few years, we are honoured to have invited Prof. Thomas Hemmer (Rice), Prof. Qi Chen (Duke), Prof. Chan Li (Kansas), and Prof. Clive Lennox (USC), Professor Roger Simnett (UNSW), Prof. Albert Tsang (HK PolyU), Prof Bin Ke (NUS) and Prof. George Yang (CUHK) to participate our camp as the keynote speakers.

This year’s camp is jointly organized by CCGAR, the School of Internal Audit (NAU), and the School of Accounting (NAU). We are very excited to announce Professor Luo Zuo from Cornell University as our keynote speaker.

Luo Zuo is a Professor of Accounting at Cornell University’s Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management.
